GTA V: Bounty Hunter: Ralph Ostrowski

Ralph Ostrowski can be found at the bottom of the gravel pit.

The first Bounty for Trevor is Ralph Ostrowski. You'll get $10,000 for capturing him alive. To do that, just disable his car into a corner or off a cliff and he will give up. He will say how he is going to do 5 years for cooking the books of some company. 

GTA V: Hitchhiker: Slutty Girl

Can't remember her name but boy was she a slutty girl.

This one is hitchhiker right off the main road to Grapeseed North East of Alamo Sea. She spends the whole time talking about how she is experiencing life by getting drunk and waking up in strange places. She want to surprise her boyfriend who works behind the Vinewood sign.

Can you take her to altruist? Yes.

Taking her to her boyfriend whom is a security guard for the tower results in him thinking Trevor is a guy named Brian whom he is sure is sleeping with his girlfriend. he attacks you, you punch his lights out, she runs away saying you are a psycho and that's it.

GTA V: Strangers and Freaks: The Civil Boarder Patrol

Joe and Joseph think they are true patriots

Trevor can find these guys after the cargo plane incident. Just south of the Alamo Sea near one of the boat races.

Joe can only speak (I think) German and Joseph is hell bent on keeping immigrants out and Joe wants to help even though he is an immigrant(?) but not Mexican. You go to the bar, chase some mariachi singers and then shoot them with the taze gun.  This also opens up the "Minute Men" random quests. 

GTA V: Hitchhiker: Accident Driver

She wants to leave the scene of the accident pretty quickly.

Driving past Braddock Pass near Mount Gordo as Trevor, you come across an accident. One guy is dead, the girls is badly bleeding but doesn't want you to take her to the hospital. Instead she knows someone in Shady Sands that can help patch her up.

Can you take her to Altruist? No. She is too injured.

Take her to her requested destination quickly and she can be a driver on any of your heists in the future. If you are too slow, she will die in the car.

GTA V: Random Event: Castro the golfer

Castro is in trouble with the paranoid wife.

Driving around Vinewood as Franklin you will see a guys begging his wife to stop throwing his stuff out the window of his home. She goes inside and he asks you to drive him to the golf course so he can get drunk while waiting for her to sober up.

When you get to the golf course, he thanks you and you can play Castro in the future at golf. 

GTA V: Hitchhiker: Sonny's Daughter

Sonny's Daughter is about to be buried alive if you don't intervene. 

This Hitchhiker is pretty must on the most northern point of the map at Paleto Bay. There are two guys with guns about to kill her. If you save her she will thank you and ask you to take her back home to Vinewood. On the trip, you find out she is Sonny's daughter. She promises that when she gets back she will make sure you are compensated properly.

Can you take her to Altruist? Yes.

If you don't, she will thank you and later you will get wired $60,000. 

GTA V: Hitchhiker: Lost Backpacker North of Alamo Sea

Hitchhiker Ursula is lost and wants to go back home to the lighthouse

This one is really nuts. She is lost and looking for a ride back home next to the pile of logs at the North East corner of the Alamo Sea. She spends her time talking about hating birds, eating soup, wanting to make shoes that look like feet and asking you to spank her later.

Can you take her to the Altruist? Yes.

If you don't, she will give you her number and ask you to call her sometime. When she gives you her number you find out her name is Ursula. You can call her just about any time for a booty call.
