Is no one safe?

As Franklin driving to the airport you will see a wine red CRV driving away fast with a woman screaming, "He stole my car!"

If you get the car back in relatively one piece she will say thank you and that her name is Saeeda. Not much other than that. 

GTA V: Strangers and Freaks: Assuming The Truth

Driving Way up north as Michael, you will be told you are now Zolag and need to prove yourself by stealing some cars.  Yep, that makes perfect sense.

The Dinka Double-T is at the lifeinvader HQ parking lot.

This one is hard to find but not impossible. It is at the parking lot of the Japanese auto tuner shop
