GTA V: Rare Item: Baseball Bat

Everyone needs to have one of these handy

There is a lodge at the south west corner of Paleto Bay which is in the North West corner of the map. The lodge has a large lumberjack mannequin in front of it. Behind the main building, near the garbage bins is the baseball bat.
